UBUNTU-CVE-2026-58101CVE-2026-58101 0 Crypt::OpenSSL::X509 versions before 2.1.3 for Perl contain a vulnerability that allows denial of service via NULL pointer dereference. The issue arises when certain extensions in X509 certificates fail to parse correctly, leading to dereferencing of NULL pointers and causing the Perl process to crash with a SIGSEGV. This affects multiple specific versions of the libcrypt-openssl-x509-perl package. Join the discussion | GCVE Database | 07/13/2026, 23:16:00 UTC Added: 07/16/2026, 10:37:22 UTC |
