RabbitMQ versions from 3.13.0 up to but not including 3.13.15, 4.0.20, 4.1.11, and 4.2.6 contain a vulnerability in the Web STOMP WebSocket handler. This flaw allows an unauthenticated client to maintain a connection indefinitely by sending a slow stream of small frames, leading to unbounded accumulation of pre-authentication state. The vulnerability requires the rabbitmq_web_stomp plugin to be enabled and does not require authentication to reach the vulnerable code path. The issue is fixed in versions 3.13.15, 4.0.20, 4.1.11, and 4.2.6. Join the discussion | GCVE Database | 09/25/2026, 17:17:00 UTC Added: 10/17/2026, 22:24:42 UTC |
