AI-suggested
Upgrade aiohttp to version 2.3.13_10 or later where the issue is fixed. Applying this official patch resolves the loss of host-only status in persisted cookies. No additional mitigation is required once patched.
Description
A vulnerability in aiohttp's CookieJar persistence causes host-only cookies saved to disk and later restored to lose their host-only attribute. This results in these cookies being sent to subdomains that should not have access to them, potentially exposing sensitive cookie data. The issue affects versions from 2.3.13 up to but not including 2.3.13_10. A patch has been released in version 2.3.13_10 to address this behavior.
