Until a fix is available, restricting LAN access to the affected device and disabling or blocking access to TCP port 4444 may reduce exposure.

Description

Hisense VIDAA Smart TV firmware version 0000.01.00a.P0220 includes an unauthenticated access vulnerability due to an active debug feature in the Google Cobalt browser engine. This vulnerability exposes the WebDriver automation server on TCP port 4444 without authentication, allowing LAN-adjacent attackers to execute arbitrary JavaScript, access sensitive localStorage data, inject persistent display content, and perform filesystem and system-state operations via the native bridge.
