AI-suggested

A fix is available and included in MISP version 2.5.37. Users should upgrade to this version or later to ensure the 'uuid' field is properly validated against RFC 4122 UUID standards, preventing malformed UUID submissions and associated integrity issues.

Description

MISP Collections did not validate UUID fields according to RFC 4122, allowing malformed UUIDs to be submitted. This could cause integrity issues or unexpected behavior in code relying on valid UUIDs. The issue is fixed in MISP version 2.5.37 by enforcing model-level validation requiring valid RFC 4122 UUIDs.
