Description
CVE-2026-58930 is an elevation of privilege vulnerability in Google Android affecting versions 14 through 17. It arises from a lack of package and signature validation in SystemUI's RemoteQCController when resolving a hardcoded content URI. An unprivileged app can exploit this to inject spoofed UI elements into the SystemUI Quick Controls panel and gain a Background Activity Launch grant when the user interacts with these elements.
