AI-suggested

Upgrade Scribus to version 1.6.7 or later, where this integer overflow vulnerability has been fixed. No other mitigations or workarounds are indicated.

Description

Scribus versions prior to 1.6.7 have an integer overflow vulnerability in the scimgdataloader_tiff TIFF loader. This flaw allows attackers to craft TIFF files with large tile dimensions that trigger a heap overflow when imported, potentially causing application crashes or arbitrary code execution.
