Discuz! X5.0 releases 20260320 through 20260610 contain a local file inclusion vulnerability that allows authenticated administrators to execute arbitrary code by importing a specially crafted plugin configuration containing path traversal sequences in the directory attribute. Attackers can trigger an exception during plugin installation to bypass sanitization routines, causing malicious paths to be stored unsanitized and subsequently passed to include(), which combined with file upload functionality escalates to arbitrary code execution in the context of the web server user.
Discuz! X5.0 releases 20260320 through 20260610 contains a CAPTCHA bypass vulnerability that allows unauthenticated remote attackers to defeat challenge controls by exploiting limited complexity and predictable character sets in generated CAPTCHA images. Attackers can train a custom optical character recognition model against collected CAPTCHA samples to reliably predict challenge text, bypassing protections on login, registration, and other functionality from automated abuse.
Discuz! X5.0 releases 20260320 through 20260501 contains an authentication bypass vulnerability that allows unauthenticated remote attackers to gain unauthorized access to database backup and restore functionality by exploiting a shared cryptographic key between UCenter integration and the database backup API exposed by dbbak.php. Attackers can inject a crafted payload through the username parameter during login to abuse the encryption oracle in logging_ctl::logging_more(), obtain a legitimately signed token, and use it to bypass authorization for database export and import operations, with the additional ability to trigger a race condition to impersonate arbitrary users.
CVE-2026-20262 is a vulnerability in Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN Manager (formerly SD-WAN vManage) that allows authenticated remote attackers to create or overwrite files on the system via crafted HTTP requests, enabling escalation to root privileges. The flaw affects multiple versions across several release lines and was actively exploited in zero-day attacks. Cisco has released security updates to address this issue and strongly advises customers to apply patches. The vulnerability impacts all deployment types, including on-premises and cloud-managed environments.
A vulnerability in the CLI of Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN Controller, formerly SD-WAN vSmart, Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN Manager, formerly SD-WAN vManage, and Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN Validator, formerly SD-WAN vBond, could allow an authenticated, local attacker to execute arbitrary commands as root by supplying a crafted file to the affected system.
This vulnerability is due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by uploading a crafted file to the affected system. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to perform command injection attacks on an affected system and elevate their privileges as the root user.
To exploit this vulnerability, the attacker must have netadmin privileges on the affected system. This would require valid credentials or exploitation of or . Cisco is not aware of successful exploitation by other methods. Cisco has observed limited cases where the exploitation of this bug resulted in a configuration change pushed to edge devices.
Cisco recommends that customers upgrade to the fixed software that is documented in the that was published on May 14, 2026, and verify the configuration of the edge devices.
A vulnerability in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Unified CM) and Cisco Unified Communications Manager Session Management Edition (Unified CM SME) could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to conduct server-side request forgery (SSRF) attacks through an affected device.
This vulnerability is due to improper input validation for specific HTTP requests. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a crafted HTTP request to an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to write files to the underlying operating system that could be used later to elevate to root.
Note: Cisco has assigned this security advisory a Security Impact Rating (SIR) of Critical rather than High as the score indicates. The reason is that exploitation of this vulnerability could result in an attacker elevating privileges to root.
Note: To exploit this vulnerability, the WebDialer service must be enabled. WebDialer is disabled by default.
CVE-2026-20175 is a medium severity vulnerability in Cisco Finesse that allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to load arbitrary files from remote locations into an active user session. This occurs due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input in HTTP requests. Exploitation requires persuading a user to click a crafted link containing the affected device address, potentially leading to browser-based attacks and arbitrary script execution within the affected interface.
CVE-2026-20233 is a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the web-based user interface of Cisco Webex Meetings. It allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to execute arbitrary script code in a user's browser by persuading the user to follow a malicious link. Cisco has addressed this vulnerability in the Webex Meetings service, and no customer action is needed.
CVE-2026-20199 is a medium severity vulnerability in the Cisco ThousandEyes Enterprise Agent's SSL certificate handling. It allows an authenticated attacker with administrative credentials to upload a crafted certificate that could lead to arbitrary command execution as the root user on the underlying operating system. The issue arises from insufficient validation of user-supplied input. There is no confirmed patch or official remediation available at this time. Exploitation requires valid administrative access, and no known exploits are reported in the wild.
A vulnerability in the Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) enforce-first-as feature of Cisco Nexus 3000 Series Switches and Cisco Nexus 9000 Series Switches in standalone NX-OS mode could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to trigger BGP peer flaps, resulting in a denial of service (DoS) condition.
This vulnerability is due to incorrect parsing of a transitive BGP attribute. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a crafted BGP update through an established BGP peer session. If the update propagates to an affected device, it could cause the device to drop the BGP session and flap with the BGP peer that is forwarding this update, resulting in a DoS condition.
CVE-2026-20206 is a medium severity vulnerability in the BrowserBot component of Cisco ThousandEyes Enterprise Agent that allows an authenticated remote attacker to execute arbitrary OS commands within the BrowserBot container. The issue arises from insufficient input validation of user-supplied command arguments. Exploitation requires valid ThousandEyes SaaS credentials and the ability to manage transaction tests. Cisco has addressed this vulnerability in the product, and no customer action is required.
CVE-2026-20223 is a critical vulnerability in Cisco Secure Workload affecting multiple versions. It involves missing authentication on internal REST API endpoints, allowing unauthenticated remote attackers to access site resources with Site Admin privileges. Exploitation could lead to unauthorized reading of sensitive information and configuration changes across tenant boundaries. The vulnerability is due to insufficient validation and authentication of API requests. There is no confirmed patch or official remediation guidance available at this time. The vulnerability has a CVSS score of 10.0, indicating critical severity. No known exploits in the wild have been reported so far.
An unbounded resend loop vulnerability exists in the BIND 9 resolver state machine during bad-server handling, enabling a remote unauthenticated attacker to cause severe resource exhaustion by sending queries that trigger specific retry conditions.
This issue affects BIND 9 versions 9.18.36 through 9.18.48, 9.20.8 through 9.20.22, 9.21.7 through 9.21.21, 9.18.36-S1 through 9.18.48-S1, and 9.20.9-S1 through 9.20.22-S1.
Undefined behavior may result due to a race condition leading to a use-after-free violation. If BIND receives an incoming DNS message signed with SIG(0), it begins work to validate that signature. If, during that validation, the "recursive-clients" limit is reached (as would occur during a query flood), and that same DNS message is discarded per the limit, there is a brief window of time while the SIG(0) validation may attempt to read the now-discarded DNS message.
This issue affects BIND 9 versions 9.20.0 through 9.20.22, 9.21.0 through 9.21.21, and 9.20.9-S1 through 9.20.22-S1.
BIND 9 versions 9.18.28 through 9.18.49 and 9.18.28-S1 through 9.18.49-S1 are NOT affected.
Multiple flaws have been identified in `named` related to the handling of DNS messages whose CLASS is not Internet (`IN`) — for example, `CHAOS` or `HESIOD`, or DNS messages that specify meta-classes (`ANY` or `NONE`) in the question section. Specially crafted requests reaching the affected code paths — recursion, dynamic updates (`UPDATE`), zone change notifications (`NOTIFY`), or processing of `IN`-specific record types in non-`IN` data — can cause assertion failures in `named`.
This issue affects BIND 9 versions 9.11.0 through 9.16.50, 9.18.0 through 9.18.48, 9.20.0 through 9.20.22, 9.21.0 through 9.21.21, 9.11.3-S1 through 9.16.50-S1, 9.18.11-S1 through 9.18.48-S1, and 9.20.9-S1 through 9.20.22-S1.
A use-after-free vulnerability exists within the DNS-over-HTTPS implementation.
This issue affects BIND 9 versions 9.20.0 through 9.20.22, 9.21.0 through 9.21.21, and 9.20.9-S1 through 9.20.22-S1.
BIND 9 versions 9.18.0 through 9.18.48 and 9.18.11-S1 through 9.18.48-S1 are NOT affected.
BIND resolvers are vulnerable to an amplified resource consumption/exhaustion attack. If a victim resolver makes a query to a specially crafted zone, the resolver will consume disproportionate resources.
BIND servers that are configured to use TKEY-based authentication via GSS-API tokens are vulnerable to excessive memory consumption when receiving and processing maliciously-constructed packets. Typically these servers will be found in Active Directory integrated DNS deployments and/or Kerberos-secured DNS environments.
This issue affects BIND 9 versions 9.0.0 through 9.16.50, 9.18.0 through 9.18.48, 9.20.0 through 9.20.22, 9.21.0 through 9.21.21, 9.9.3-S1 through 9.16.50-S1, 9.18.11-S1 through 9.18.48-S1, and 9.20.9-S1 through 9.20.22-S1.
A supply chain attack compromised the official installation packages of DAEMON Tools Lite (Windows versions 12.5.0.2421 through 12.5.0.2434), distributed from the legitimate website daemon-tools.cc between approximately April 8, 2026, and May 5, 2026. Attackers gained unauthorized access to the vendor's (AVB Disc Soft) build or distribution infrastructure and trojanized three binaries: DTHelper.exe, DiscSoftBusServiceLite.exe, and DTShellHlp.exe. These files were digitally signed with the legitimate AVB Disc Soft code-signing certificate, allowing the malicious installers to appear trustworthy and bypass signature-based detection.
