daphne versions before 4.2.2 do not limit the size of WebSocket messages or frames due to not passing maxFramePayloadSize or maxMessagePayloadSize parameters to Autobahn's WebSocketServerFactory. This allows unauthenticated remote attackers to send arbitrarily large WebSocket frames or messages, potentially causing excessive memory consumption and denial of service. The vulnerability is identified as CWE-770 and has a medium severity with a CVSS score of 5.3.
React Router is a router for React. In versions 7.7.0 through 7.13.1, when using React Router's unstable React Server Components (RSC) APIs, there is a potential client-side Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the RSC redirect handling if redirects come from untrusted sources. This does not impact applications that are not using the unstable RSC APIs in React Router. This is patched in version 7.13.2.
CVE-2026-28299 is a denial-of-service vulnerability in SolarWinds Web Help Desk caused by allocation of resources without limits or throttling. Exploiting this flaw can cause the Web Help Desk server to crash due to insufficient memory. The vulnerability has a high severity score of 8.2 and does not impact confidentiality but affects integrity and availability.
Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling vulnerability in elixir-tesla tesla allows denial of service via atom table exhaustion in Tesla.Adapter.Mint.
Tesla.Adapter.Mint.open_conn/2 converts the URL scheme of every outgoing request to a BEAM atom via String.to_atom(uri.scheme) with no allow-list validation. BEAM atoms are never garbage-collected and the atom table is bounded (approximately 1,048,576 entries by default). An attacker who can influence the URL of a Tesla request — either via an application-level URL-forwarding feature (webhook, proxy, importer) or via a Location header returned by a server when Tesla.Middleware.FollowRedirects is in the pipeline — can mint one fresh permanent atom per request by varying the scheme string. After enough requests the atom table fills and the VM crashes, taking down the entire application.
This issue affects tesla: from 1.3.0 before 1.18.3.
Pterodactyl is a free, open-source game server management panel. Prior to version 1.12.3, the Pterodactyl Client API has a logic flaw that lets users bypass their assigned limits for database allocations. This happens because the database locking mechanism used in the controllers is totally broken and doesn't actually lock anything. Version 1.12.3 patches the issue.
NiceGUI is a Python-based UI framework. Prior to version 3.12.0, two FastAPI routes that serve per-component static assets in NiceGUI accept a sub-path parameter that may resolve to a directory rather than a file. Requests that resolve to a directory raise an unhandled RuntimeError inside Starlette's FileResponse, which Uvicorn writes to the server log as a full traceback. Because the routes are reachable without authentication, a remote attacker can amplify log volume and consume disk and log-pipeline capacity on any publicly reachable NiceGUI server. This issue has been patched in version 3.12.0.
OpenTelemetry eBPF Instrumentation provides eBPF instrumentation based on the OpenTelemetry standard. Prior to version 0.9.0, the custom CappedConcurrentHashMap introduced for Java TLS state tracking never removes keys from its insertion-order queue when entries are deleted. In long-running instrumented JVMs, repeated connection churn can therefore grow the queue without bound and exhaust heap memory. This issue has been patched in version 0.9.0.
CVE-2026-49754 is a high-severity vulnerability in the elixir-mint Mint HTTP client affecting versions 0.1.0 and all versions before 1.9.0. It arises from the lack of limits or throttling on inbound HTTP/2 CONTINUATION frames, allowing a malicious HTTP/2 server to exhaust client memory by sending an unbounded sequence of CONTINUATION frames. This can cause the client's BEAM process to crash due to memory exhaustion. The vulnerability is due to the absence of per-stream size limits and the max_header_list_size setting not being enforced on incoming headers.
CVE-2026-48862 is a high-severity vulnerability in the elixir-mint Mint HTTP/2 client library affecting versions 0.2.0 up to but not including 1.9.0. It allows attacker-controlled HTTP/2 servers to exhaust client memory by flooding with PUSH_PROMISE frames. The client accepts server push by default and does not enforce concurrency limits at the time of receiving PUSH_PROMISE frames, leading to unbounded resource allocation until memory exhaustion occurs.
CVE-2026-40990 is a medium severity vulnerability in Spring Cloud Function that allows an attacker to cause an out-of-memory (OOM) error by adding an unlimited number of functions to the Function Registry. This results from allocation of resources without limits or throttling. The vulnerability can lead to denial of service through resource exhaustion but does not affect confidentiality or cause data loss. Multiple specific versions of Spring Cloud Function are affected. No official patch or remediation guidance has been confirmed yet.
Apache Fluss versions prior to 0.9.1 configure the Netty LengthFieldBasedFrameDecoder with Integer.MAX_VALUE as the maximum frame length, allowing unauthenticated remote attackers to exhaust JVM heap memory on TabletServer and CoordinatorServer by sending specially crafted frame headers, resulting in denial of service.
This issue affects Apache Fluss (incubating): 0.8.0 and 0.9.0.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 0.9.1, which fixes the issue.
An uncontrolled allocation of resources without limits or throttling in the e-mail handling in OTRS allows excessive allocation which may lead to the abortion of the webserver.This issue affects OTRS:
* 8.0.X
* 2023.X
* 2024.X
* 2025.X
* 2026.X before 2026.4.X
Please note that ((OTRS)) Community Edition 6.x, OTRS 7.x and products based on the ((OTRS)) Community Edition also very likely to be affected
The TIFF decoder does not place a limit on the size of PackBits-compressed data. A maliciously-crafted image can exploit this to cause a small image (both in terms of pixel width/height and encoded size) to make the decoder decode large amounts of compressed data.
cpp-httplib is a C++11 single-file header-only cross platform HTTP/HTTPS library. Prior to 0.43.4, negative chunk-size in chunked Transfer-Encoding causes unbounded memory allocation and process crash. The ChunkedDecoder::read_payload function in cpp-httplib (httplib.h) parses the chunk-size field of HTTP chunked transfer encoding using std::strtoul(). Per the C standard (§7.22.1.4), strtoul silently accepts a leading minus sign, performing unsigned wrap-around: strtoul("-2", …, 16) returns ULONG_MAX − 1 (0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFE). The library's only guard (line 12833) rejects ULONG_MAX (the result of "-1"), but any other negative value such as "-2" passes validation. The resulting near-maximum value is stored in chunk_remaining and controls how many bytes the server's read loop consumes from the network. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.43.4.
Klever-Go is the Go implementation of the Klever blockchain protocol. Prior to 1.7.17, a remote, unauthenticated denial-of-service vulnerability in Batch.Decompress (data/batch/batch.go) allows any peer that participates in a topic served by MultiDataInterceptor to allocate multi-gigabyte heaps on the receiving node from a sub-50 KiB gossip payload. A single packet is sufficient to OOM-kill a validator with conventional memory provisioning. Fleet-wide application affects chain liveness. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.7.17.
Uncontrolled resource consumption in the Wireless Control Module (WCM) of the Indian Motorcycle Scout Bobber + Tech 2025 model year allows an adjacent-network attacker with write access to the in-vehicle network to permanently immobilize the motorcycle. The WCM enforces a brute-force lockout on the immobilizer authentication algorithm, but the lockout counter is reachable by any unauthenticated message, has no session binding, and does not reset on power cycle. An attacker can deliberately trip the lockout with a small number of crafted frames, leaving the bike un-startable until dealer service. Specific thresholds have been withheld pending vendor remediation.
AutoGPT is a workflow automation platform for creating, deploying, and managing continuous artificial intelligence agents. Prior to 0.6.59, POST /api/blocks/{block_id}/execute endpoint executes blocks without consuming any credits, regardless of the user's balance. The credit check that exists in the graph execution path (manager.py) is never reached when blocks are called directly via the external API, allowing unlimited free execution of all blocks. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.6.59.
opentelemetry-java is the Java implementation of the OpenTelemetry API for recording telemetry, and SDK for managing telemetry recorded by the API. Prior to 1.62.0, a vulnerability affects the baggage propagation implementation in opentelemetry-api and opentelemetry-extension-trace-propagators. Parsing oversized baggage causes unbounded memory allocation and CPU consumption. Because baggage is automatically re-injected into every outgoing request, the effect can fan out to downstream services that never received the original malicious request. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.62.0.
CVE-2026-45078 is a medium severity vulnerability in element-hq's Synapse Matrix homeserver prior to version 1.152.1. It allows local authenticated users to cause resource starvation by consuming excessive CPU, which can lead to denial of service for other users. The issue arises from allocation of resources without limits or throttling. This vulnerability has been fixed in Synapse version 1.152.1.
