An open redirect vulnerability exists in Byaidu PDFMathTranslate v1.9.9 that allows attackers to craft URLs that cause the application to redirect users to arbitrary external websites via the file parameter to the /gradio_api endpoint. This vulnerability could be exploited for phishing attacks or to bypass security filters.

CVE-2025-50736 identifies an open redirect vulnerability in Byaidu PDFMathTranslate version 1.9.9. The vulnerability resides in the /gradio_api endpoint where the file parameter is improperly validated, allowing attackers to craft URLs that redirect users to arbitrary external websites. This flaw can be exploited by attackers to conduct phishing campaigns by luring users to malicious sites that appear to originate from a trusted application.
