CVE-2025-68696 is a high-severity Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability affecting httparty versions 0.23.2 and earlier. This flaw allows attackers to make unauthorized requests from the vulnerable server to internal or external systems, potentially exposing sensitive data such as API keys. The vulnerability requires no authentication or user interaction and can be exploited remotely over the network. It has been patched in later versions of httparty.
