CVE-2026-23723 is an authenticated SQL Injection vulnerability in the WeGIA web management system for charitable institutions, affecting versions prior to 3.6.2. The flaw exists in the Atendido_ocorrenciaControle endpoint via the id_memorando parameter, allowing attackers with valid credentials to exfiltrate the entire database, access sensitive personally identifiable information (PII), and potentially read arbitrary files in misconfigured environments. The vulnerability has a CVSS score of 7.2, indicating high severity, and does not require user interaction but does require authentication. Although no known exploits are currently reported in the wild, the impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability is significant. The vulnerability is fixed in version 3.6.2.
