CVE-2026-48122: CWE-78: Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in an OS Command ('OS Command Injection') in Shopify ruby-lspCVE-2026-48122 0 CVE-2026-48122 is an OS command injection vulnerability in the Ruby LSP VS Code extension prior to version 0.10.4. Malicious workspace settings in a repository's .vscode/settings.json file could override executable paths, leading to code execution with developer privileges when the repository is opened and trusted. The Ruby LSP gem and other editor clients are not affected. The issue is fixed in version 0.10.4 of the VS Code extension.
