CVE-2026-93494 is a vulnerability in the Netty StompSubframeDecoder component used by Red Hat build of Apache Camel for Spring Boot 4. A remote attacker can send a specially crafted STOMP frame body missing its terminating null byte, causing a memory leak. This leak occurs because the decoder allocates a ByteBuf that is never released. Over time, this can lead to uncontrolled memory consumption and potentially cause a Denial of Service (DoS) condition in the affected application.
