0 The NetX Secure DTLS server sends a HelloVerifyRequest carrying a freshly generated cookie, but never checks the cookie a client returns. The ClientHello parser copies the client's cookie bytes over the value the server issued, and the server then decides whether the client has been verified from the cookie's length alone. A peer that puts any single cookie byte in its first ClientHello skips the verification exchange entirely, so the server has no return-routability check and completes handshakes for forged source addresses. CVE-2026-68080 is a medium severity vulnerability in Apache Qpid Broker-J affecting versions up to and including 10.0.1. The issue involves insufficient control over the rate at which the broker responds to echo flow messages, allowing an authenticated attacker to cause excessive resource consumption and potential denial of service. The vulnerability is fixed in version 10.1.0. Join the discussion | CVE Database V5 | 08/05/2026, 05:51:22 UTC Added: 08/05/2026, 06:26:59 UTC |
0 QTI Neon is a minimal, game-agnostic, relay-based UDP multiplayer protocol library. In version 1.0.0, the relay's handleReconnectRequest forwards RECONNECT_REQUEST packets to the host without bounding them, so an unauthenticated client can drive relay-to-host amplification and cause a denial of service on the host. No fixed version is available as of this review. Join the discussion | CVE Database V5 | 07/28/2026, 16:36:37 UTC Added: 07/28/2026, 16:52:54 UTC |
0 In NLnet Labs Unbound 1.22.0 up to and including 1.25.1, a single client query for a deeply nested name under a DNSSEC-signed parent can cause Unbound to send more upstream packets per client query than the configured 'max-global-quota'. This effectively bypasses a security configuration that limits upstream amplification traffic. Join the discussion | CVE Database V5 | 07/22/2026, 13:07:55 UTC Added: 07/22/2026, 13:22:42 UTC |
0 Technitium DNS Server aggressively tries to fetch missing RRSIG records or mismatched DNSKEY records. An attacker in control of a domain can cause a vulnerable system to generate excessive network traffic. Fixed in 15.0. 0 nptd-rs is a tool for synchronizing your computer's clock, implementing the NTP and NTS protocols. In versions between 1.2.0 and 1.6.1 inclusive servers which allow non-NTS traffic are affected by a denial of service vulnerability, where an attacker can induce a message storm between two NTP servers running ntpd-rs. Client-only configurations are not affected. Affected users are recommended to upgrade to version 1.6.2 as soon as possible.
