Upgrade Cacti to version 1.2.31 or later, where this SQL injection vulnerability has been fixed. Ensure guest viewing is disabled if upgrading is not immediately possible to reduce exposure. No other mitigations are specified by the vendor.

Description

Cacti versions 1.2.30 and earlier contain a SQL injection vulnerability in the rfilter request variable, which is concatenated unsafely into a RLIKE SQL clause. This endpoint is accessible without authentication if guest viewing is enabled, allowing unauthenticated attackers to exploit the flaw. The issue was fixed in version 1.2.31.
