AI-suggested
Upgrade vtenext to version 25.02.1 or later, where this vulnerability is fixed. Applying this official patch eliminates the authentication bypass and prevents unauthorized password changes.
Description
vtenext versions 25.02 prior to 25.02.1 contain a critical authentication bypass vulnerability. This flaw allows unauthenticated attackers to change any account password without token verification by exploiting the hub/rpwd.php endpoint. Attackers who know a valid username can send a password change request and gain administrator access if two-factor authentication is not enabled. The vulnerability is fixed in version 25.02.1.
