Description
svg-sanitizer versions from 0.11.0 up to but not including 1.1.0 contain a denial of service vulnerability due to uncontrolled resource consumption. The flaw exists in the hasInfiniteLoop() and countUse() functions during use reference-graph analysis, where specially crafted SVG files with layered use elements cause exponential path enumeration that can exhaust PHP worker resources for extended periods.
