Upgrade svg-sanitizer to version 1.1.0 or later, where this vulnerability is fixed. No other mitigation is indicated or required according to the vendor advisory.

Description

svg-sanitizer versions before 1.1.0 contain a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability. This flaw allows attackers to bypass sanitization by embedding javascript: URLs within the animateTransform values attribute of SVG files. When a crafted SVG file with this payload is uploaded and a Safari user clicks the affected link, arbitrary JavaScript code can execute.
