AI-suggested
A security update fixing these vulnerabilities is available in linux-raspi version 6.8.0-1060.64. Users should update their systems to this version or later and reboot to apply the fixes. Due to an ABI change, all third-party kernel modules must be recompiled and reinstalled after the update. Follow the official Ubuntu advisory USN-8492-4 for detailed update instructions.
Description
Multiple security vulnerabilities were discovered in the Linux kernel for Raspberry Pi systems affecting a wide range of subsystems and architectures. These issues could potentially allow an attacker to compromise the system. The affected subsystems include CPU architectures (ARM64, MIPS, PowerPC, x86), device drivers, filesystems, networking components, and various kernel frameworks. A security update addressing these flaws has been released and is available for installation.
