An Insecure Deserialization vulnerability in WatchGuard Fireware OS allows an attacker that has obtained write access to the local filesystem through another vulnerability to execute arbitrary code in the context of the portald user.
Note, this vulnerability does not affect Firebox platforms that do not support the Access Portal feature, including the T15 and T35.
CVE-2026-4416 is a high-severity vulnerability in the Performance Library component of the Gigabyte Control Center. It involves insecure deserialization of untrusted data, allowing authenticated local attackers to send malicious serialized payloads to the EasyTune Engine service. Successful exploitation can lead to privilege escalation on the affected system. There is no information about an available patch or vendor advisory at this time. The vulnerability requires local authentication and does not involve user interaction.
GRID::Machine versions through 0.127 for Perl allows arbitrary code execution via unsafe deserialization.
GRID::Machine provides Remote Procedure Calls (RPC) over SSH for Perl. The client connects to remote hosts to execute code on them. A compromised or malicious remote host can execute arbitrary code back on the client through unsafe deserialization in the RPC protocol.read_operation() in lib/GRID/Machine/Message.pm deserialises values from the remote side using eval()
$arg .= '$VAR1';
my $val = eval "no strict; $arg"; # line 40-41
$arg is raw bytes from the protocol pipe. A compromised remote host can embed arbitrary perl in the Dumper-formatted response:
$VAR1 = do { system("..."); };
This executes on the client silently on every RPC call, as the return values remain correct.
This functionality is by design but the trust requirement for the remote host is not documented in the distribution.
CVE-2026-33728 is a critical deserialization vulnerability in DataDog's dd-trace-java agent versions 0.40.0 through prior to 1.60.3. The vulnerability arises from the RMI instrumentation registering a custom endpoint that deserializes incoming data without applying serialization filters on JDK 16 and earlier. Exploitation requires that dd-trace-java is attached as a Java agent on a vulnerable JDK version, a network-reachable JMX/RMI port is configured, and a gadget-chain-compatible library is present on the classpath. Successful exploitation could lead to remote code execution. For JDK 17 and later, no action is required, but upgrading is recommended. For vulnerable versions, upgrading to dd-trace-java 1.
OpenTelemetry Java Instrumentation provides OpenTelemetry auto-instrumentation and instrumentation libraries for Java. In versions prior to 2.26.1, the RMI instrumentation registered a custom endpoint that deserialized incoming data without applying serialization filters. On JDK version 16 and earlier, an attacker with network access to a JMX or RMI port on an instrumented JVM could exploit this to potentially achieve remote code execution. All three of the following conditions must be true to exploit this vulnerability: First, OpenTelemetry Java instrumentation is attached as a Java agent (`-javaagent`) on Java 16 or earlier. Second, JMX/RMI port has been explicitly configured via `-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.port` and is network-reachable. Third, gadget-chain-compatible library is present on the classpath. This results in arbitrary remote code execution with the privileges of the user running the instrumented JVM. For JDK >= 17, no action is required, but upgrading is strongly encouraged. For JDK < 17, upgrade to version 2.26.1 or later. As a workaround, set the system property `-Dotel.instrumentation.rmi.enabled=false` to disable the RMI integration.
The Frontend Admin by DynamiApps plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to PHP Object Injection via deserialization of the 'post_content' of admin_form posts in all versions up to, and including, 3.28.31. This is due to the use of WordPress's `maybe_unserialize()` function without class restrictions on user-controllable content stored in admin_form post content. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Editor-level access and above, to inject a PHP Object. The additional presence of a POP chain allows attackers to achieve remote code execution.
CVE-2026-33942 is a high-severity vulnerability in the saloonphp saloon PHP library versions prior to 4.0.0. It involves unsafe deserialization of untrusted data in the AccessTokenAuthenticator::unserialize() method, which uses PHP's unserialize() with allowed_classes set to true. An attacker controlling the serialized input can inject malicious objects that trigger PHP magic methods, potentially leading to remote code execution when combined with common dependencies like Monolog. The vulnerability is fixed in version 4.0.0 by removing PHP serialization from the affected class.
NVIDIA NeMo Framework contains a vulnerability where an attacker may cause remote code execution. A successful exploit of this vulnerability might lead to code execution, escalation of privileges, information disclosure and data tampering.
CVE-2026-24157 is a high-severity vulnerability in the NVIDIA NeMo Framework affecting versions prior to 2.6.2. It involves deserialization of untrusted data during checkpoint loading, which could allow an attacker with local privileges to execute arbitrary code, escalate privileges, disclose information, and tamper with data. A patch is available to address this issue.
NVIDIA Model Optimizer for Windows and Linux contains a vulnerability in the ONNX quantization feature, where a user could cause unsafe deserialization by providing a specially crafted input file. A successful exploit of this vulnerability might lead to code execution, escalation of privileges, data tampering, and information disclosure.
NVIDIA APEX for Linux contains a vulnerability where an unauthorized attacker could cause a deserialization of untrusted data. This vulnerability affects environments that use PyTorch versions earlier than 2.6. A successful exploit of this vulnerability might lead to code execution, denial of service, escalation of privileges, data tampering, and information disclosure.
NVIDIA Megatron-LM contains a vulnerability in checkpoint loading where an Attacker may cause an RCE by convincing a user to load a maliciously crafted file. A successful exploit of this vulnerability may lead to code execution, escalation of privileges, information disclosure, and data tampering.

Deserialization of Untrusted Data vulnerability in DTStack chunjun (chunjun-core/src/main/java/com/dtstack/chunjun/util modules). This vulnerability is associated with program files GsonUtil.Java.
This issue affects chunjun: before 1.16.1.
CVE-2026-29109 is a high-severity deserialization vulnerability in SuiteCRM versions prior to 8.9.3. It affects the SavedSearch filter processing component, where the application unserializes user-controlled data without restricting allowed classes. This flaw allows an authenticated administrator to execute arbitrary system commands on the server, potentially leading to full system compromise. The vulnerability arises from unsafe use of PHP's unserialize() function on data from the saved_search.contents database column. No user interaction beyond authentication is required, and the vulnerability does not require network-level access beyond normal admin privileges. Although no exploits are currently known in the wild, the risk is significant due to the potential impact and ease of exploitation by privileged users. Organizations using SuiteCRM versions before 8.
BMC FootPrints ITSM versions 20.20.02 through 20.24.01.001 contain a deserialization of untrusted data vulnerability in the ASP.NET servlet's VIEWSTATE handling that allows authenticated attackers to execute arbitrary code. Attackers can supply crafted serialized objects to the VIEWSTATE parameter to achieve remote code execution and fully compromise the application.
