A flaw was found in GStreamer's gst-plugins-bad H.265 video parser. When parsing a specially crafted H.265 bitstream containing a Screen Content Coding (SCC) extension with certain palette predictor initializer settings, an integer underflow in the upper-bound computation allows the parser to accept an out-of-range value for the number of palette predictor entries. This causes the parser to write beyond the end of a fixed-size array, resulting in memory corruption and an application crash. Successful exploitation requires an attacker to provide a malformed H.265 media file to a vulnerable application, and is limited to a denial-of-service impact.
Crass is a Ruby CSS parser that's fully compliant with the CSS Syntax Level 3 specification. Prior to 1.0.7, Crass converts `CSS scientific notation` number values with unbounded exponentiation before clamping the result to `Float::MAX`. Applications that use Crass to parse attacker-controlled CSS strings can be forced to spend disproportionate CPU and memory parsing a tiny input, potentially resulting in a crash. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.7.
A flaw was found in GStreamer. An integer overflow vulnerability in the AV1 LEB128 variable-length integer parser allows a remote attacker to cause a crash in applications that process AV1 media content. By crafting a malformed AV1 bitstream containing an invalid LEB128-encoded value, an attacker can cause integer overflow in the parser, resulting in incorrect length values being used during stream processing, which can lead to a denial of service.
The My Calendar WordPress plugin versions 3.8.8 up to but not including 3.8.11 contain a shortcode injection vulnerability. This flaw allows unauthenticated attackers to execute registered shortcodes via the 'mcs' search parameter. The vulnerability arises because the 'mcs' parameter value is passed to the mc_search_results() function without proper bracket encoding before the do_shortcode function executes, enabling shortcode execution on any page or post. This can lead to content injection and spoofing.
The GeoDirectory – WP Business Directory Plugin and Classified Listings Directory plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the listing description (post_content) in versions up to, and including, 2.8.199 This is due to insufficient input sanitization on save (the bundled geodir_kses_safe_embed_attributes() helper only neutralises data-embed-url, data-src and data-embed, while WordPress core wp_kses_post permits data-* attributes on standard HTML tags) combined with the AyeCode UI library initializing every [data-bs-toggle="popover-html"] element with { html: true, sanitize: false }, which inserts the attacker-controlled data-bs-content value into the popover body as HTML at render time. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.
The Themify Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'variations' repeater field of Custom Font (tb_cf) posts in versions up to, and including, 7.8.4. This is due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on the variations post meta: Themify_Metabox::_save_meta() only passes the value through wp_kses_data() when the field type is 'textbox' or 'textarea', so the 'repeater' field writes attacker-controlled sub-fields (style, woff/woff2/ttf/svg/eot URLs) to update_post_meta() verbatim, and Themify_Custom_Fonts::render_columns() later echoes those values unescaped inside a <style> block on the Custom Fonts admin listing. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page (specifically, the Custom Fonts admin listing).
The Independent Analytics Pro plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'utm_campaign' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 2.15.5 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Exploitation requires the Independent Analytics Pro build to be active, as the free build nulls campaign parameters; additionally, the attacker must first visit a frontend page to obtain a server-signed payload that can be replayed with a crafted utm_campaign value against the unauthenticated /iawp/search REST endpoint, since the signature check does not cover utm_* fields.
The Redux Framework plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting in all versions up to, and including, 4.5.15 via the multi_media field. This is due to the field's renderer printing the stored value into an href attribute, a hidden input value and an HTML element without escaping, while every neighbouring attribute in the same method is wrapped in esc_attr(). It is compounded by Redux_Extension_Users::user_meta_save() evaluating a field's 'permissions' requirement against a user id taken from the request body ('checkuser_id') rather than the current user, so a Subscriber can write a field declared for 'manage_options'. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with Subscriber-level access and above to inject arbitrary web scripts into their own profile record that execute when an administrator views that user's profile in the dashboard. Requires a theme or plugin that registers a multi_media field through the Redux Users API.
The JS Help Desk – AI-Powered Support & Ticketing System plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file deletion due to insufficient file path validation in the setSupportCustomImage function in all versions up to, and including, 5.0.1. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with administrator-level access and above, to delete arbitrary files on the server, which can easily lead to remote code execution when the right file is deleted (such as wp-config.php). Exploitation requires a two-step sequence: an administrator first saves a traversal-crafted value in the support_custom_img configuration field, then triggers deletion by uploading a new support custom image, at which point setSupportCustomImage() resolves and deletes the attacker-controlled path.
The The GeoDirectory – WP Business Directory Plugin and Classified Listings Directory plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary shortcode execution in all versions up to, and including, 2.8.198 This is due to the software allowing users to execute an action that does not properly validate a value before running do_shortcode. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary shortcodes.
PHP2Shell is a vulnerability stemming from two critical PHP memory-safety flaws (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619) patched in October 2026. Exploit development is widespread, with over 600 related files found in open directories. While exploitation was only successful on honeypots in the open internet, attackers have weaponized PHP2Shell combined with a Linux kernel privilege escalation (CVE-2026-46300) to gain root access on 25 Palo Alto PAN-OS firewalls. The campaign used AI-driven reconnaissance to identify and target 240 high-value firewalls from about 19,000 internet-facing devices. Multiple attacker clusters share exploit toolkits and infrastructure, targeting government, banking, and telecom sectors.
Business::GoCardless versions before 1.01 for Perl contain a vulnerability that allows remote attackers to exhaust memory by sending specially crafted legacy webhook payloads. The flaw arises because the software flattens the payload into key-value pairs before verifying the webhook signature, leading to memory exhaustion proportional to the payload size. This can be triggered with a single request carrying no valid signature.
Blender versions before 4.5.15 and 5.x before 5.2.3 have a heap buffer overflow vulnerability due to an integer overflow in the ptcache_data_alloc() function when reading point cache files. An attacker can craft a malicious point cache file with a large totpoint value alongside a .blend file to cause a crash or potentially execute arbitrary code with user privileges.
Scribus before 1.6.7 and 1.7.x before 1.7.4 contains a heap buffer overflow vulnerability in the PICT image loader and import plugin that allows attackers to corrupt heap memory by supplying an unchecked bytesPerLine value. Attackers can craft a PICT file whose bytesPerLine exceeds the QImage scanline size, so placing or importing it crashes Scribus and may execute code as the user.
libass is a portable subtitle renderer for the `ASS`/SSA (Advanced Substation Alpha/Substation Alpha) subtitle format. Prior to 0.17.5, libass can overread and overwrite the glyph array in `wrap_lines_measure` while rendering malicious `ASS` content. In `wrap modes other than two`, a final line ending with a literal backslash-n sequence and otherwise consisting only of such sequences or spaces can remain after early trimming and make the line-measurement loops overshoot by one glyph. When the total text size exactly matches the allocated glyph-array capacity, the first loop reads an uninitialized 32-bit fixed-point `pos.x` value, although that value is not subsequently used. The second loop writes `pos.x` and `pos.y` beyond the array, zeroing the first and adding an attacker-controllable offset to the second. No actual exploitation beyond possible denial of service is known; broader exploitation is theoretical and constrained by the addresses, limited writes, and ASLR. This issue is fixed in version 0.17.5.
SOCFortress CoPilot focuses on providing a single pane of glass for all your security operations needs. Prior to 0.1.77, the Velociraptor Sigma exclusion-management endpoints in `backend/app/incidents/routes/incident_alert.py` omit role and tenant authorization, and `POST /api/incidents/alerts/create/velo-sigma/exclusion` does not validate credentials. Its `return_username_for_logging` dependency in `backend/app/auth/utils.py` calls `decode_token`, which returns ordinary Invalid token or Expired signature strings on failure, and the dependency passes these strings through instead of rejecting the request. A Bearer header is required, but an arbitrary invalid, expired or forged value can create a suppression rule without a valid account. The collection GET at /create/velo-sigma/exclusion lists exclusions; the read, update and delete routes under `/create/velo-sigma/exclusion/{exclusion_id}`, and the `/velo-sigma/exclusion/{exclusion_id}/toggle` route, use `get_current_user` without role checks, permitting any authenticated `customer_user` to manage every exclusion. In `backend/app/incidents/services/velo_sigma.py`, `process_sigma_alert` calls `check_exclusions` and drops matching enabled alerts before incident creation. A null `customer_code` applies a rule across all tenants. Attackers can suppress detections platform-wide through channel, title or field matching, while low-privilege accounts can enumerate detection-tuning data and modify, disable or delete legitimate exclusions. This issue is fixed in version 0.1.77.
CVE-2026-61729 is a critical vulnerability in socfortress CoPilot versions prior to 0.1.76. It involves missing authentication for critical webhook functions due to a publicly hardcoded fallback header value used for authentication. This allows an anonymous attacker to bypass JWT authentication and invoke sensitive API endpoints that can execute commands on Wazuh managers and submit forged alerts, potentially disrupting endpoint defenses and manipulating alert data. The issue is fixed in version 0.1.76.
