0 A security flaw has been discovered in gradio-app gradio 6.14.0. This affects the function save_audio_to_cache of the component Audio Cache Key Handler. Performing a manipulation results in use of weak hash. The attack must be initiated from a local position. The attack is considered to have high complexity. It is indicated that the exploitability is difficult. The exploit has been released to the public and may be used for attacks. The patch is named 13394. To fix this issue, it is recommended to deploy a patch. Join the discussion | CVE Database V5 | 06/03/2026, 23:30:12 UTC Added: 06/03/2026, 23:48:36 UTC |
0 Gradio before version 6.15.0 contains a cookie injection vulnerability that allows remote attackers to perform cross-Space session fixation by exploiting a shared module-level HTTP client used across all users in the reverse proxy endpoint. Attackers controlling any HF Space can return a parent-domain cookie that the shared client stores and automatically replays into all subsequent proxy requests to other legitimate Spaces, affecting all users of the same Gradio deployment. Gradio is an open-source Python package designed for quick prototyping. Prior to version 6.6.0, a Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability in Gradio allows an attacker to make arbitrary HTTP requests from a victim's server by hosting a malicious Gradio Space. When a victim application uses `gr.load()` to load an attacker-controlled Space, the malicious `proxy_url` from the config is trusted and added to the allowlist, enabling the attacker to access internal services, cloud metadata endpoints, and private networks through the victim's infrastructure. Version 6.6.0 fixes the issue. Join the discussion | CVE Database V5 | 02/27/2026, 21:47:04 UTC Added: 02/27/2026, 21:56:11 UTC |
0 Gradio is an open-source Python package designed for quick prototyping. Prior to version 6.6.0, the _redirect_to_target() function in Gradio's OAuth flow accepts an unvalidated _target_url query parameter, allowing redirection to arbitrary external URLs. This affects the /logout and /login/callback endpoints on Gradio apps with OAuth enabled (i.e.apps running on Hugging Face Spaces with gr.LoginButton). Starting in version 6.6.0, the _target_url parameter is sanitized to only use the path, query, and fragment, stripping any scheme or host. Gradio is an open-source Python package designed for quick prototyping. Prior to version 6.7, Gradio apps running on Window with Python 3.13+ are vulnerable to an absolute path traversal issue that enables unauthenticated attackers to read arbitrary files from the file system. Python 3.13+ changed the definition of `os.path.isabs` so that root-relative paths like `/windows/win.ini` on Windows are no longer considered absolute paths, resulting in a vulnerability in Gradio's logic for joining paths safely. This can be exploited by unauthenticated attackers to read arbitrary files from the Gradio server, even when Gradio is set up with authentication. Version 6.7 fixes the issue. 0 In gradio <=4.42.0, the gr.DownloadButton function has a hidden server-side request forgery (SSRF) vulnerability. The reason is that within the save_url_to_cache function, there are no restrictions on the URL, which allows access to local target resources. This can lead to the download of local resources and sensitive information. Join the discussion | CVE Database V5 | 11/04/2024, 00:00:00 UTC Added: 02/25/2026, 21:43:37 UTC |
A local file inclusion vulnerability exists in the JSON component of gradio-app/gradio version 4.25. The vulnerability arises from improper input validation in the `postprocess()` function within `gradio/components/json_component.py`, where a user-controlled string is parsed as JSON. If the parsed JSON object contains a `path` key, the specified file is moved to a temporary directory, making it possible to retrieve it later via the `/file=..` endpoint. This issue is due to the `processing_utils.move_files_to_cache()` function traversing any object passed to it, looking for a dictionary with a `path` key, and then copying the specified file to a temporary directory. The vulnerability can be exploited by an attacker to read files on the remote system, posing a significant security risk.
