Post SMTP plugin for WordPress versions up to 4.0.1 is vulnerable to stored cross-site scripting (XSS) via the 'user_email' parameter. This vulnerability allows unauthenticated attackers to inject malicious scripts that execute when a user views the affected page. The issue arises from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping, particularly on WordPress Multisite installations with public registration enabled. Attackers can exploit this by submitting email addresses with numeric HTML character references that bypass Post SMTP's validation and get logged verbatim.
The WP Easy Pay – Payment and Donation Form Builder for Square WordPress plugin contains an authorization bypass vulnerability in all versions up to and including 4.5.0. This flaw allows authenticated users with subscriber-level access or higher to delete posts permanently or change published posts to draft status without proper authorization checks.
The Points Management System For Gamification, Ranks, Badges, and Loyalty Rewards Program – myCred plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via 'wrapper' Shortcode Attribute in all versions up to, and including, 3.2.4 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.
The Advanced File Manager – Ultimate File Manager for WordPress And Document Library Solution plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'soundFile' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 5.4.12 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Exploitation requires the attacker to control a domain whose origin string is a leading prefix of the target site's backend URL (e.g. https://example.co against https://example.com), and the victim must be an authenticated WordPress administrator who visits the attacker-controlled page while the File Manager admin screen is open.
The WPFormify – Stripe Payments with Form and Checkout WordPress plugin up to version 1.1.1 contains a missing authorization vulnerability. This flaw allows unauthenticated attackers to modify or delete Stripe payment credentials due to missing capability checks and nonce verification in certain admin functions. The vulnerability arises because these functions are hooked to admin_init, which can be accessed without authentication via admin-post.php. Exploitation can lead to redirecting payments to attacker-controlled Stripe accounts or disabling the Stripe integration by deleting credentials.
The Gutena Forms – Contact Form, Survey Form, Feedback Form, Booking Form, and Custom Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 1.9.0. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to modify the read/unread status of or permanently trash arbitrary form submission entries belonging to any form. The nonce issued by check_ajax_referer() does not function as an authorization barrier because the nonce action 'gutena_Forms' is emitted to unauthenticated visitors via wp_localize_script() on any public page that contains a Gutena Forms block, making it freely obtainable by anonymous attackers.
The Wholesale for WooCommerce WordPress plugin contains a privilege escalation vulnerability in all versions up to and including 2.0.5. Authenticated users with author-level access or higher can exploit insufficient validation in the save_requests_meta() function to escalate their privileges to administrator. This occurs because the user_role_set POST parameter is sanitized but not validated against allowed roles, and no capability checks are performed before assigning roles. The vulnerability is gated only by a nonce accessible to authors of wwp_requests posts, enabling exploitation by legitimate authors.
The WP Easy Pay – Payment and Donation form Builder for Square plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 4.5.0. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to set the status of arbitrary posts and pages to 'draft', effectively unpublishing arbitrary site content.
The User Management plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 1.2. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to modify the plugin's export field configuration stored in the uiewp_export_field option, controlling which user fields such as password hashes are included in CSV exports and how columns are mapped during imports.
The Points Management System For Gamification, Ranks, Badges, and Loyalty Rewards Program – myCred plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via 'wrap' Shortcode Attribute in all versions up to, and including, 3.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.
The Post Snippets plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting in all versions up to, and including, 4.0.19. This is due to insufficient output escaping of imported snippet content when rendering JavaScript variables in the post editor. Specifically, the `jqueryUiDialog()` method in `WPEditor.php` embeds snippet content directly into JavaScript string literals without escaping double quotes (the quote-escaping code on line 214 is commented out). When snippets are imported via the Import/Export feature, the content bypasses WordPress's `wp_magic_quotes()` (which would otherwise add protective backslashes), allowing double quotes in snippet content to break out of the JavaScript string context. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Administrator-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts via a malicious import file that execute whenever any administrator accesses a post editor page. Please note that this does not affect single-site installations as administrators already have the `unfiltered_html` capability.
The Post SMTP – Complete Email Deliverability and SMTP Solution with Email Logs, Alerts, Backup SMTP & Mobile App plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the ‘event_type’ parameter in all versions up to, and including, 3.8.0 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The vulnerability is only exploitable when the Post SMTP Pro plugin is also installed and its Reporting and Tracking extension is enabled.
The Post SMTP plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized modification of data due to a missing capability check on the `handle_office365_oauth_redirect()` function in all versions up to, and including, 3.8.0. This is due to the function being hooked to `admin_init` without any `current_user_can()` check or nonce verification. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to overwrite the site's Office 365 OAuth mail configuration (access token, refresh token, and user email) via a crafted URL. The configuration option is used during wizard setup of Microsoft365 SMTP, only available in the Pro option of the plugin. This could cause an Administrator to believe an attacker-controlled Azure app is their own, and lead them to connect the plugin to the attacker's account during configuration after upgrading to Pro.
The Gutena Forms – Contact Form, Survey Form, Feedback Form, Booking Form, and Custom Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized modification of data due to missing authorization within the save_gutena_forms_schema() function in all versions up to, and including, 1.6.0. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to update option values to a structured array value on the WordPress site. This can be leveraged to update an option that would create an error on the site and deny service to legitimate users or be used to set some values, that would, for example enable site user registration when it is explicitly disabled.
The myCred plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the plugin's 'mycred_load_coupon' shortcode in all versions up to, and including, 2.9.7.3 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user supplied attributes. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.
The New User Approve plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized access of data and modification of data due to a missing capability check on multiple REST API endpoints in all versions up to, and including, 3.2.2. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to approve or deny user accounts, retrieve sensitive user information including emails and roles, and force logout of privileged users.
The Quick Contact Form plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Open Mail Relay in all versions up to, and including, 8.2.6. This is due to the 'qcf_validate_form' AJAX endpoint allowing a user controlled parameter to set the 'from' email address. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to send emails to arbitrary recipients utilizing the server. The information is limited to the contact form submission details.
The myCred – Points Management System For Gamification, Ranks, Badges, and Loyalty Program plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Missing Authorization in versions up to, and including, 2.9.7.1. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to retrieve sensitive information including user IDs, display names, and email addresses of all users on the site via the get_bank_accounts AJAX action. Passwords are not exposed.
The myCred – Points Management System For Gamification, Ranks, Badges, and Loyalty Program plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Missing Authorization in versions up to, and including, 2.9.7. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to approve withdrawal requests, modify user point balances, and manipulate the payment processing system via the cashcred_pay_now AJAX action.
The Post SMTP plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 3.6.1. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to update OAuth tokens on the 'handle_gmail_oauth_redirect' function. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber level access and above, to inject invalid or attacker-controlled OAuth credentials. CVE-2025-67563 appears to be a duplicate of this issue.
