Emlog CMS <= 2.6.14 contains a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the article publishing module (/admin/article.php). A remote authenticated attacker can inject arbitrary JavaScript code via the article content. When an administrator reviews or previews the submitted article in the backend, the malicious script executes in the admin's browser session, allowing the attacker to perform administrative actions such as creating a backdoor administrator account.

Emlog Pro version 2.6.9 contains a path traversal vulnerability in its template upload feature. This flaw allows authenticated administrators to upload specially crafted ZIP archives with directory traversal sequences in filenames. Exploiting this, an attacker can overwrite default template files or include malicious PHP code within the current template, leading to arbitrary code execution. The vulnerability has a high severity score of 7.2 and impacts confidentiality, integrity, and availability. No official patch or remediation guidance is currently available from the vendor. There are no known exploits in the wild at this time.

An arbitrary file upload vulnerability in the component admin\plugin.php of Emlog Pro v2.5.3 allows attackers to execute arbitrary code via uploading a crafted Zip file.

A remote code execution (RCE) vulnerability in the component /admin/store.php of Emlog Pro before v2.3.15 allows attackers to use remote file downloads and self-extract fucntions to upload webshells to the target server, thereby obtaining system privileges.
