AutoGPT is a workflow automation platform for creating, deploying, and managing continuous artificial intelligence agents. Prior to 0.6.70, AutoGPT's autogpt_platform/backend/backend/api/features/integrations/router.py webhook_ingress_generic route selected get_webhook_manager(provider) from the untrusted provider URL segment without verifying webhook.provider, allowing a request to /compass/webhooks/{webhook_id}/ingress to use CompassWebhookManager's inherited no-op BaseWebhooksManager.verify_signature instead of GenericWebhooksManager.verify_signature, bypass X-Webhook-Secret for a configured secret_token, and execute a generic webhook graph as its owner. This issue is fixed in version 0.6.70.
AutoGPT is a workflow automation platform for creating, deploying, and managing continuous artificial intelligence agents. Prior to 0.6.32, there is a DoS vulnerability in AITextSummarizerBlock. Malicious users can amplify their input. For example, if a malicious user inputs 10K of content, the server will consume 50G of memory, eventually causing memory resources to be exhausted, resulting in DoS. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.6.32.

AutoGPT is a workflow automation platform for creating, deploying, and managing continuous artificial intelligence agents. Prior to 0.6.52, an authenticated user can bypass the SSRF / private-IP protections in SendWebRequestBlock and reach internal network services. _is_ip_blocked() in backend/backend/util/request.py does not normalize IPv4-mapped IPv6 addresses before checking resolved IPs against the blocked IPv4 ranges, and does not block special-use ranges such as 100.64.0.0/10 (CGNAT, RFC 6598). A hostname that resolves to an IPv4-mapped IPv6 address therefore passes validation and the request reaches the embedded internal IPv4 endpoint. This affects all AutoGPT Platform deployments. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.6.52.
AutoGPT is a workflow automation platform for creating, deploying, and managing continuous artificial intelligence agents. Prior to , the `POST /api/integrations/webhooks/{webhook_id}/ping` endpoint fetches the target webhook by primary key alone without verifying that the webhook belongs to the authenticated user. Any authenticated user can supply an arbitrary webhook_id to confirm webhook existence, leak the webhook's OAuth provider type, and in some cases trigger a ping delivery on behalf of another user. This vulnerability is fixed in .
AutoGPT is a workflow automation platform for creating, deploying, and managing continuous artificial intelligence agents. In versions prior to 0.6.52, the Fill Text Template block is vulnerable to a Denial of Service (DoS) attack. While the backend implements a SandboxedEnvironment to prevent unauthorized attribute access (e.g., blocking __class__), it fails to limit the computational complexity or execution time of the expressions. An attacker can input computationally expensive Python/Jinja2 expressions that consume the server's CPU and memory, leading to a complete system hang or crash. In multi-tenant or self-hosted environments, this results in a complete service outage and "noisy neighbor" effects that require manual administrative intervention to recover. This issue has been fixed in version 0.6.52.
AutoGPT is a workflow automation platform for creating, deploying, and managing continuous artificial intelligence agents. Versions prior to 0.6.62 have a DOM-based Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability in AutoGPT's signup page. The application improperly trusts a URL parameter (`next`), which is passed to `router.push`. An attacker can craft a malicious link that, when opened by an authenticated user, performs a client-side redirect and executes arbitrary JavaScript in the context of their browser. This could lead to credential theft, internal network pivoting, and unauthorized actions performed on behalf of the victim. Version 0.6.62 patches the issue.
AutoGPT is a workflow automation platform for creating, deploying, and managing continuous artificial intelligence agents. Prior to 0.6.63, `MediaDurationBlock` will download and store the video in a temporary directory without deleting before all noded are done. `StepThroughItemsBlock` can be used to iterate `MediaDurationBlock` multiple times. `StepThroughItemsBlock` does not limit the number of loops. In addition, `MediaDurationBlock ` does not limit the amount of disk space consumed in the current working directory and does not delete the video after outputing the result. When a malicious user chooses to screen shot many web pages, the disk space will eventually run out, causing a DoS. Version 0.6.63 patches the issue.
AutoGPT is a workflow automation platform for creating, deploying, and managing continuous artificial intelligence agents. Prior to 0.6.63, `AddAudioToVideoBlock` will download and store the video and audio in a temporary directory without deleting before all noded are done. `StepThroughItemsBlock` can be used to iterate `MediaDurationBlock` multiple times. `StepThroughItemsBlock` does not limit the number of loops. In addition, `AddAudioToVideoBlock` does not limit the amount of disk space consumed in the current working directory and does not delete the video after outputing the result. When a malicious user chooses to screen shot many web pages, the disk space will eventually run out, causing a DoS. Version 0.6.63 patches the issue.
AutoGPT is a workflow automation platform for creating, deploying, and managing continuous artificial intelligence agents. Prior to 0.6.63, ScreenshotWebPageBlock will store the captured screenshots in a temporary directory. `StepThroughItemsBlock` can be used to iterate `ScreenshotWebPageBlock` multiple times. `StepThroughItemsBlock` does not limit the number of loops. In addition, `ScreenshotWebPageBlock` does not limit the amount of disk space consumed in the current working directory. When a malicious user chooses to screen shot many web pages, the disk space will eventually run out, causing a DoS. Version 0.6.63 patches the issue.
AutoGPT is a workflow automation platform for creating, deploying, and managing continuous artificial intelligence agents. Prior to 0.6.63, `StepThroughItemsBlock` can iterate all the contents in a list and send them to `FileStoreBlock` for downloading one by one. Although `FileStoreBlock` has access time limits for downloading files, `StepThroughItemsBlock` can be used to slowly iterate and download relatively small files (e.g., 100M) multiple times. `StepThroughItemsBlock` does not limit the number of loops. In addition, `FileStoreBlock` does not limit the amount of disk space consumed in the current working directory. When a malicious user chooses to download too many videos, the disk space will eventually run out, causing a DoS. Version 0.6.63 patches the issue.
AutoGPT is a workflow automation platform for creating, deploying, and managing continuous artificial intelligence agents. Prior to 0.6.63, AutoGPT's LoopVideoBLock allows users to input a video file and process the video, such as looping it 5 times or extending the time, and finally writing it to disk. However, there is no limit on the resources that can be allocated during execution. For example, the number of loops is user-controllable and unlimited. When a malicious attacker loops too many times, the generated video is too large, and after writing it to disk, the disk space is exhausted, eventually causing DoS. Version 0.6.63 patches the issue.
AutoGPT is a workflow automation platform for creating, deploying, and managing continuous artificial intelligence agents. Prior to 0.6.59, POST /api/blocks/{block_id}/execute endpoint executes blocks without consuming any credits, regardless of the user's balance. The credit check that exists in the graph execution path (manager.py) is never reached when blocks are called directly via the external API, allowing unlimited free execution of all blocks. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.6.59.
CVE-2026-33234 is a Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability in Significant-Gravitas AutoGPT versions 0.1.0 through 0.6.51. The vulnerability arises because the SendEmailBlock accepts user-supplied SMTP server and port inputs and passes them directly to Python's smtplib. SMTP() without IP address validation. This bypasses the platform's usual SSRF protections, allowing an authenticated user on a shared deployment to perform internal network port scanning and service fingerprinting. The issue was fixed in version 0.6.
AutoGPT versions 0.6.34 through 0.6.51 contain a deserialization vulnerability where Redis cache data is deserialized using pickle.loads without integrity or authenticity checks. This allows an attacker who can poison a shared Redis cache key to execute arbitrary commands in the backend container, impacting confidentiality, integrity, and availability. The issue is fixed in version 0.6.52.
AutoGPT versions 0.4.2 through 0.6.51 contain a vulnerability where the download_agent_file endpoint creates temporary files that are not deleted after use. This allows an unauthenticated attacker to repeatedly invoke this endpoint, causing uncontrolled disk space consumption. The resulting exhaustion of disk space can lead to failures in the database or other system services, causing a denial of service that renders the AutoGPT backend unavailable. The issue is fixed in version 0.6.52.
AutoGPT versions 0.6.36 through 0.6.50 contain a missing authorization vulnerability that allows authenticated users to hijack other users' sessions. The PATCH /sessions/{session_id}/assign-user endpoint does not verify session ownership, enabling attackers who know another user's session_id to reassign that session to themselves. This lets the attacker read messages in the hijacked session and lock out the legitimate user. The vulnerability is fixed in version 0.6.51.
AutoGPT is a platform that allows users to create, deploy, and manage continuous artificial intelligence agents that automate complex workflows. In AutoGPT, the execution process is recorded to the console (stdout/stderr), and deployed in container mode, which is automatically captured by Docker and stored as "container logs". However, prior to 0.6.32, there is no limit on the log size when the container is deployed. When the number of user accesses is too large, the log on the server disk will be too large, causing disk resource exhaustion and eventually causing DoS.autogpt-platform-beta-v0.6.32 fixes the issue.
AutoGPT is a platform that allows users to create, deploy, and manage continuous artificial intelligence agents that automate complex workflows. Prior to 0.6.48, an authenticated user could achieve Remote Code Execution (RCE) on the backend server by embedding a disabled block inside a graph. The BlockInstallationBlock — a development tool capable of writing and importing arbitrary Python code — was marked disabled=True, but graph validation did not enforce this flag. This allowed any authenticated user to bypass the restriction by including the block as a node in a graph, rather than calling the block's execution endpoint directly (which did enforce the flag). This vulnerability is fixed in 0.6.48.
AutoGPT is a platform that allows users to create, deploy, and manage continuous artificial intelligence agents that automate complex workflows. The autogpt before 0.6.32 is vulnerable to Regular Expression Denial of Service due to the use of regex at Code Extraction Block. The two Regex are used containing the corresponding dangerous patterns \s+[\s\S]*? and \s+(.*?). They share a common characteristic — the combination of two adjacent quantifiers that can match the same space character (\s). As a result, an attacker can supply a long sequence of space characters to trigger excessive regex backtracking, potentially leading to a Denial of Service (DoS). This vulnerability is fixed in 0.6.32.
