The Private Feed Key WordPress plugin through 0.1 does not verify that the key used to authenticate a feed request is one it issued, matching any stored user metadata value instead, which allows unauthenticated attackers to log in as any user, including administrators.
Dell ObjectScale versions prior to 4.4.0.0 contain an improper authentication vulnerability (CWE-287). This flaw allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to potentially gain unauthorized access to the system. The vulnerability is rated high severity with a CVSS score of 8.1, indicating significant impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
CVE-2026-76187 is a critical improper authentication vulnerability in the Apache Airflow Keycloak provider. The unauthenticated token endpoint accepts client-credentials grants from any confidential client registered in the shared Keycloak realm, not just the client configured for Airflow. This allows an attacker with valid credentials for any client in the realm to authenticate as that client in Airflow and obtain a signed session token. The vulnerability affects deployments using the Keycloak auth manager with a shared realm among multiple confidential clients. Upgrading to apache-airflow-providers-keycloak version 0.10.0 or later mitigates this issue by restricting authentication to the configured client only.
Dell Wyse Management Suite, versions prior to 2605.0.3.683, contain an Improper Authentication vulnerability. An unauthenticated attacker with remote access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Unauthorized access.
Meta Ads MCP is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that lets AI assistants run Meta Ads. Prior to version 1.0.115, AuthInjectionMiddleware in meta_ads_mcp/core/http_auth_integration.py rejects HTTP MCP requests only when both auth_token and pipeboard_token are absent, while extract_token_from_headers() does not recognize X-Pipeboard-Token as a primary credential. A network caller using the streamable-http transport can therefore send any X-Pipeboard-Token value, pass the guard without establishing authentication context, and cause get_auth_token() to fall back to the server operator's META_ACCESS_TOKEN. Subsequent MCP tools execute with the operator's Meta credentials and can read or modify the operator's Meta Ads data. Deployments using the default stdio transport or without META_ACCESS_TOKEN are not affected. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.115.
motionEye (mEye) is an online interface for a piece of software called "motion," which is a video surveillance program with motion detection. Prior to 0.44.0, motionEye accepts the client-controlled meye_username and meye_password_hash cookies as authentication material without server-side session validation. An unauthenticated attacker who knows a target username and corresponding hash can set the cookies manually or cause them to be loaded by submitting blank credentials through the switch-user authentication flow, after which the server authenticates the attacker as that user. The administrator username and password-hash value are stored in /etc/motioneye/motion.conf, which is globally readable by default, allowing a local shell user to obtain reusable administrator credential material. Successful impersonation can enable account lockout, password changes and persistence, data enumeration, data destruction, and data exfiltration. This issue is fixed in version 0.44.0.
PraisonAI versions prior to 0.1.6 contain an improper authentication vulnerability where the system falls back to a public default signing key if the environment variable PLATFORM_JWT_SECRET is unset. This fallback, combined with disabled startup and token-issuance guards in the default dev environment, allows unauthenticated attackers to forge JWT tokens with arbitrary user identities. The vulnerability enables impersonation of users or workspace owners when their identifiers are known. This issue is fixed in version 0.1.6.
PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. From 1.5.1 until 1.7.2, MCPSecurity.evaluatePolicy() in src/praisonai-ts/src/mcp/security.ts invokes the configured credential validator only when AuthMethod is api-key or bearer. Basic and OAuth policies accept any non-empty Authorization header without calling auth.validate(), then return an authenticated result, allowing callers with invalid credentials to access MCP tools and resources protected by those policies. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.2.
OpenAM versions prior to 16.1.1 contain an improper authentication vulnerability in the private_key_jwt client authentication path. The issue arises because the ClientJwksResolverCache does not reliably bind a cached jwks_uri resolver and verified assertion to the expected clientID. This flaw allows an attacker controlling any registered client with published keys to impersonate another client by minting tokens in that client's name across realms within the same OpenAM process. The vulnerability is fixed in version 16.1.1.
IBM Sterling B2B Integrator 6.2.0.0 through 6.2.0.6_2, 6.2.1.0 - 6.2.1.2, 6.2.2.0 - 6.2.2.1 and IBM Sterling File Gateway 6.2.0.0 through 6.2.0.6_2, 6.2.1.0 - 6.2.1.2, 6.2.2.0 - 6.2.2.1 Standard Edition could allow a remote authenticated attacker to bypass security restrictions due to improper authentication.
backpack/crud provides Create, Read, Update & Delete (CRUD) functions for Backpack, a collection of Laravel packages that help users build custom administration panels. From 6.0.0 until 6.8.14 and 7.0.38, MyAccountController::postAccountInfoForm at POST /admin/edit-account-info permits AccountInfoRequest to update backpack_authentication_column(), which is email by default, without requiring current_password or otherwise verifying the account's existing password. An attacker with a temporary authenticated Backpack session can change the account-recovery email and later use the password-reset flow after the original session expires, converting session compromise into persistent account takeover. The same mechanism permits an insider to set a personal recovery address before access is revoked. The separate password-change endpoint is not affected because it verifies old_password. This issue is fixed in versions 6.8.14 and 7.0.38.
langgraph-api implements the LangGraph API for rapid development and testing. Prior to 0.10.0, langgraph-api permits a run or cron to specify a relative webhook target that is delivered through an in-process loopback transport, and the authentication middleware treats that transport as internal without applying the authentication context used for external requests. In deployments that rely on per-user authorization to separate threads and runs, an authenticated user can direct a webhook to the server's own thread and run routes, allowing creation of a run on or modification of another user's thread and limited incorporation of the targeted thread's metadata into the created run record. The affected path requires webhook targets and per-user authorization boundaries; deployments that deliberately re-enable loopback delivery should restrict it to controlled same-process routes because those webhooks remain unauthenticated. This issue is fixed in version 0.10.0.
PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. Prior to 4.6.62, setting PRAISONAI_CALL_AUTH to disabled makes verify_token accept requests to /api/v1/agents/{id}/invoke without CALL_SERVER_TOKEN authentication. Deployments that use the application's advertised opt-out can expose registered agents and their connected tools or private context to unauthenticated invocation. The vulnerability is fixed in 4.6.62.
The Really Simple Security WordPress plugin before 9.8.1 does not prevent an unauthenticated request from resetting an account's completed email two-factor enrolment, allowing an attacker who already knows the account's password to bypass the second factor and obtain that user's session, up to administrator.
The Frontegg SAML SSO WordPress plugin through 1.0.1 does not verify the signature or issuer of SAML authentication responses before establishing a session, allowing unauthenticated attackers to log in as any user, including administrators, as well as to create arbitrary accounts.
Laci Synchroni is a decentralized mod and appearance sync server and plugin for Dalamud. Versions of the backend prior to 1.2.3 have an improper authentication vulnerability in the application's OAuth2 login flow. The application relies on client-side state by trusting the `UID` field inside the `Authentications` object of a user's local `config.json` file. By manually editing this local file on their PC prior to logging in, a user can supply an arbitrary UID. Because the server fails to validate that the authenticated OAuth2 identity matches the requested UID, an attacker can fully impersonate any target user and perform actions on their behalf. This issue has been resolved in version 1.2.3. The patch modifies `AuthorizeOauthAsync` inside the `SecretKeyAuthenticatorService` to strictly bind the lookup of the requested User ID (`requestedUid`) to the record of the successfully authenticated identity (`primaryUid`). The server will no longer load or return session tokens for a requested UID unless it matches the verified, authenticated database record. No known workarounds are available.
CVE-2026-71416 is a high-severity improper authentication vulnerability in the Headroom WebSocket server. The server does not validate the Origin header of incoming WebSocket requests, allowing any client with network access to the proxy to connect without authentication. If the OpenAI API key is stored in the OPENAI_API_KEY environment variable, malicious clients can perform arbitrary LLM requests through the proxy. This enables unauthorized use of OpenAI API capabilities, including executing arbitrary instructions and tools. The vulnerability affects Headroom versions prior to 0.35.0 and has a CVSS score of 8.8.
The SSL Zen — SSL Certificate Installer & HTTPS Redirects WordPress plugin before 4.7.40 does not perform capability or nonce checks on a certificate-file download routine that runs early in the WordPress admin request lifecycle, allowing any authenticated user, including Subscribers, to download the site's TLS private key, certificates, and diagnostic logs.
The advanced-customized-prompts WordPress plugin through 1.0.1 does not verify the password before issuing an authenticated session for a supplied email address in an unauthenticated action, allowing unauthenticated attackers to log in as any registered user, including administrators, or to create arbitrary new accounts.
