n8n is an open source workflow automation platform. Prior to 1.123.48, 2.21.8, and 2.22.4, an authenticated user with permission to create or modify workflows containing a Python Code Node could escape the sandbox and achieve arbitrary code execution on the task runner container. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.123.48, 2.21.8, and 2.22.4.
Astro is a web framework. Prior to 6.4.6, Astro SSR apps with prerendered error pages (/404 or /500 using export const prerender = true) fetch those pages over HTTP at runtime when an error occurs. The URL for this fetch is derived from request.url, which in turn gets its origin from the incoming Host header. When the Host header is not validated against allowedDomains, an attacker can point the fetch at an arbitrary host and read the response. This vulnerability is fixed in 6.4.6.
Python-Multipart is a streaming multipart parser for Python. Prior to 0.0.30, parse_options_header parsed Content-Disposition (and Content-Type) headers with email.message.Message, which transparently applies RFC 2231/5987 decoding. The extended parameter syntax (filename*=charset'lang'value, name*=..., and the filename*0/filename*1 continuation form) is decoded and surfaced under the bare filename/name key, and overrides the plain parameter when both are present. RFC 7578 §4.2 explicitly forbids the filename* form in multipart/form-data. Components that follow RFC 7578, or that do not implement RFC 2231/5987 decoding for multipart/form-data (WAFs, proxies, gateways), may interpret such a header differently. An attacker can exploit that difference to smuggle a different field name or filename past an upstream inspector to the backend. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.0.30.
http-proxy-middleware is node.js http-proxy middleware. From 0.16.0 until 2.0.10, 3.0.6, and 4.1.0, http-proxy-middleware documents router proxy-table entries as host, path, or host+path selectors, but the host+path implementation uses unanchored substring matching on attacker-controlled request metadata. As a result, a crafted Host header that is only a superstring match for a configured host+path key can still route a request to an unintended backend. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.0.10, 3.0.6, and 4.1.0.
The vulnerability is present in the ‘/addJugador’ endpoint:
* The 'keyJugador' and 'keyJugadorObjectiu' parameters allow the modification of other users’ information without requiring prior authorization validation. This could enable an authenticated attacker to alter any user’s ID and change their information.
* The ‘punts’ and ‘numObjectiusEliminats’ fields allow arbitrary data to be added because user input is not properly validated. This makes it possible to obtain authentic prizes, awarded by city councils, by falsifying game scores.
* In the ‘tokens’ field, administrative privileges can be self-assigned without server validation or prior authentication. This vulnerability could allow an authenticated attacker to grant themselves administrator permissions and thus escalate privileges.
* Numeric fields allow the entry of extremely long values, which can cause the system to crash. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability could allow an authenticated attacker to launch a denial-of-service (DoS) attack, preventing created games from being playable.
* The ‘urlImatge’ parameter allows server-side requests to arbitrary URLs, enabling the retrieval of users’ internal IP addresses, access to internal services, reading of local files, and unauthorized interaction with third-party APIs. An authenticated attacker could gain access to sensitive data.
ProxySQL is a proxy for MySQL and its forks, as well as PostgreSQL. In versions 3.0.0 through 3.0.8, ProxySQL's GenAI/MCP `run_sql_readonly` tool violates its documented read-only contract for MySQL targets. The tool validates only the full input string with a substring blacklist and first-keyword allowlist, but then executes the entire SQL string on a backend connection created with `CLIENT_MULTI_STATEMENTS`. As a result, a caller can submit a read-only first statement followed by a side-effecting second statement, such as `SELECT 1; RENAME TABLE ...`. The validator accepts the payload because it starts with `SELECT` and because side-effecting MySQL statements such as `RENAME TABLE`, `SET`, `RESET`, `LOCK TABLES`, and `KILL` are not rejected by the blacklist. In a live MCP runtime test, the `/mcp/query` endpoint accepted a `run_sql_readonly` request. The MCP response reported success for the first `SELECT`, and direct backend verification showed that the table had actually been renamed. This violates the endpoint's read-only security contract and lets an MCP caller perform backend writes or administrative SQL, limited by the configured MCP target account's database privileges. Version 3.0.9 contains a fix. Other operator mitigations include: keeping MCP disabled unless required; setting a non-empty `mcp-query_endpoint_auth` token before exposing `/mcp/query`; restricting MCP listener network exposure; configuring MCP backend target credentials as database-level read-only users; and adding temporary MCP query rules to block obvious multi-statement patterns.
The compose-rich-editor library (v1.0.0-rc14) used in HCL Verse for Android's rich text email composition fails to properly validate all HTML input thereby allowing malicious content to be executed in certain situations.
Improper Input Validation vulnerability in Apache APISIX.
The attacker can take advantage of certain configuration in forward-auth plugin to spoof identity headers.
This issue affects Apache APISIX: from 2.12.0 through 3.16.0.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 3.17.0, which fixes the issue.
GeoServer is an open source server that allows users to share and edit geospatial data. Prior to versions 2.26.4 and 2.27.3, a GeoServer that uses `ENTITY_RESOLUTION_ALLOWLIST` may allow attacker to perform unauthenticated Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF). This vulnerability requires that GeoServer is set up to use a proxy base URL and the `ENTITY_RESOLUTION_ALLOWLIST` (default since 2.25.0). Versions 2.26.4 and 2.27.3 contain a fix. GeoServer installations are only affected by this vulnerability if they use a proxy base URL that does not contain a URL path or end with a slash. If the proxy base URL does not contain a path, adding a slash to the end of the URL will mitigate this vulnerability.
A critical remote code execution (RCE) vulnerability has been reported in PTC Windchill PDMlink and PTC FlexPLM. The vulnerability may be exploited through the deserialization of untrusted data. * This advisory also applies to all CPS versions
* The identified vulnerability also impacts Windchill and FlexPLM releases prior to 11.0 M030
Steeltoe.Discovery.Eureka versions prior to 3.4.0 and 4.2.0 improperly handle the DataCenterInfo.FromJson method by throwing an exception for the valid 'Netflix' data center name, which is defined in the Java Eureka specification. This causes the local service registry to become permanently empty or stale due to swallowed exceptions during cache refresh. The issue is patched in versions 3.4.0 and 4.2.0. If upgrading immediately is not possible, removing unsupported DataCenterInfo.name values from the registry is recommended.
Streambert is a cross-platform Electron Desktop App to stream and download any video media. In versions 2.4.0 and prior, a high-severity Zip Slip vulnerability was identified in Streambert's subtitle extraction logic. The application does not sanitize archive entry filenames during extraction, allowing a malicious archive to perform path traversal and write arbitrary files to the host filesystem. The subtitle extraction process downloads a ZIP archive and extracts its entries. The destination file path is constructed by concatenating the raw archive entry name (extracted.name) directly to the temporary directory path. If a malicious ZIP archive containing directory traversal sequences is processed, it escapes the temporary directory boundaries. The application then writes the extracted payload anywhere on the host filesystem subject to the application's current write permissions. This issue has been fixed in version 2.5.0.
ApostropheCMS versions up to and including 4.29.0 have an improper input validation vulnerability in the password reset flow. The reset URL is constructed using the HTTP Host header without proper validation when apos.baseUrl is not configured. This allows an unauthenticated attacker to craft a reset link pointing to an attacker-controlled domain and send it to a victim. If the victim clicks the link, the attacker receives the valid reset token, enabling full account takeover. No patch is currently available for this vulnerability.
jmespath.php allows users to use JMESPath, software for declaratively specifying how to extract elements from a JSON document, in PHP applications with PHP data structures. Versions prior to 2.9.1 can generate and execute attacker-controlled PHP code when `JmesPath\CompilerRuntime` is used with an attacker-controlled JMESPath expression. The compiler emits parsed JMESPath function names into generated PHP source without sufficient escaping. A crafted expression can cause the generated cache file to contain executable attacker-controlled PHP, which is then loaded by the compiler runtime. The issue is patched in `2.9.1` and later. As a workaround, disable `JP_PHP_COMPILE` and do not use `JmesPath\CompilerRuntime` with attacker-controlled expressions. Use the default `AstRuntime` for untrusted expressions. Applications that must continue accepting untrusted JMESPath expressions before upgrading should ensure those expressions are never evaluated by the compiler runtime.
CVE-2026-50632 is a high-severity vulnerability in Apache CXF related to improper input validation and deserialization of untrusted JMS configuration data. It stems from an incomplete fix of a previous issue (CVE-2026-44417) and allows untrusted users who can configure JMS to achieve arbitrary code execution, potentially leading to full system compromise. The vulnerability affects multiple Apache CXF versions prior to fixed releases 4.2.2, 4.1.7, and 3.6.12. Mitigation involves restricting JMS configuration access to trusted administrators only. Official patches are available in the specified fixed versions.
Quest Bot is an opensource Discord Bot. Prior to version 1.1.6, the automod add command trims user input but does not reject an empty result. Adding a rule containing only whitespace stores an empty word. The message listener later checks content.includes(""), which is always true, causing the bot to delete every non-bot guild message. This issue has been patched in version 1.1.6.
CVE-2026-50633 is a high-severity JNDI Injection vulnerability in Apache CXF's JCA integration module that allows arbitrary code execution if an attacker can manipulate the JCA deployment descriptor or runtime activation parameters. The vulnerability affects multiple versions of Apache CXF prior to 4.1.7, 4.2.2, and 3.6.12. The attack complexity is high, requiring specific conditions for exploitation. Red Hat products shipping Apache CXF are affected, but no effective mitigation is currently available that meets Red Hat's criteria. Users are recommended to upgrade to fixed versions to remediate the issue.
A logic error in OAuthRequestFilter rejects legitimate requests originating from the bound IP address, while blindly allowing requests from any other IP address. Enabling this
security feature inadvertently creates an inverse security check. Users are recommended to upgrade to versions 4.2.2 or 4.1.7 or 3.6.12, which fixes this issue.
