FlowiseAI Flowise versions prior to 3.1.2 contain a critical code injection vulnerability in the POST /api/v1/node-custom-function endpoint. This endpoint lacks route-level authorization, allowing any authenticated user or API key to submit arbitrary JavaScript code. When the E2B_APIKEY is not configured, the submitted code executes inside a NodeVM sandbox that can be escaped, enabling attackers to execute system commands on the host. This results in authenticated remote code execution on the Flowise server host. The vulnerability is patched in version 3.1.2.
Two endpoints in the Vault Service ScriptsController, shared by Altium Enterprise Server and Altium 365, accept file uploads where a user-supplied filename component is used to construct the destination path without validation, allowing arbitrary files to be written to any location writable by the service account. Because the file write operation completes before authentication is validated, the vulnerability can be exploited without any credentials, session, or prior knowledge of the system.
An unauthenticated network attacker can use this primitive to place executable content in directories where it is later executed by the service, resulting in remote code execution under the Vault Service account. Altium Enterprise Server is fixed in 8.1.1; the issue has been remediated in Altium 365 (commercial and government cloud) at the service level.
The Content Visibility for Divi Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Remote Code Execution in all versions up to, and including, 4.02 via the 'et_pb_text' shortcode 'cvdb_content_visibility_check' parameter. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to execute code on the server.
OpenMed before 1.5.2 contains a remote code execution vulnerability in the PII privacy-filter model loading path. The privacy-filter dispatcher used broad substring matching on the user-supplied model_name parameter, allowing a value such as attacker/foo-privacy-filter-bar to route through a path that loads Hugging Face models with trust_remote_code=True. An unauthenticated attacker can supply a malicious model repository containing custom Transformers code via auto_map in config.json or tokenizer_config.json, which is imported and executed with the privileges of the OpenMed service process.
CVE-2026-9311 is a critical vulnerability in IBM WebSphere Application Server versions 8.5 and 9.0 that allows remote code execution due to improper control over code generation, classified as CWE-94. The vulnerability enables an attacker to bypass security controls and execute arbitrary code remotely without user interaction or privileges. It has a CVSS v3.1 base score of 9.0, indicating high attack complexity but severe impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability. No official patch or remediation guidance is currently available from IBM, and no known exploits have been reported in the wild. Users should monitor IBM advisories for updates and apply fixes once released.
CVE-2026-45131 is a critical code injection vulnerability in CloudPirates-io's open source Helm charts. Before a specific commit (fcf9302), a GitHub Actions workflow executed attacker-controlled code from forked pull requests with privileged access, exposing sensitive repository secrets such as Docker Hub credentials and tokens without requiring maintainer approval. This vulnerability has been patched in commit fcf9302. The CVSS score is 10.0, indicating a critical severity with network attack vector, no privileges or user interaction required, and complete confidentiality and integrity impact. No known exploits in the wild have been reported.
CVE-2026-45132 is a critical vulnerability in CloudPirates-io's open source Helm charts. The issue involves a GitHub Actions workflow (generate-schema.yaml) that, prior to a specific commit, exposed sensitive credentials such as a Personal Access Token and SSH signing key to code controlled by forks. This exposure was due to unsafe checkout and credential handling practices, leading to improper control of code generation (CWE-94). The vulnerability has been patched in commit fcf9302. The CVSS score is 10.0, indicating a critical severity with network attack vector, no privileges required, no user interaction, and high confidentiality and integrity impact. No known exploits in the wild have been reported. The product is not a cloud service, and patch status is not explicitly confirmed beyond the mention of the patch commit.
Improper Input Validation, Improper Control of Generation of Code ('Code Injection') vulnerability in Apache ActiveMQ Broker, Apache ActiveMQ All, Apache ActiveMQ. Non-parenthesized discovery wrappers such as `masterslave:vm://...,...` and `static:vm://...` incorrectly pass validation allowing bypass of fix in CVE-2026-34197. Original description from CVE-2026-34197. Apache ActiveMQ exposes the Jolokia JMX-HTTP bridge at /api/jolokia/ on the web console. The default Jolokia access policy permits exec operations on all ActiveMQ MBeans (org.apache.activemq:*), including BrokerService.addNetworkConnector(String) and BrokerService.addConnector(String). An authenticated attacker can invoke these operations with a crafted discovery UR that triggers the VM transport's brokerConfig parameter to load a remote Spring XML application context using ResourceXmlApplicationContext. Because Spring's ResourceXmlApplicationContext instantiates all singleton beans before the BrokerService validates the configuration, arbitrary code execution occurs on the broker's JVM through bean factory methods such as Runtime.exec(). This issue affects Apache ActiveMQ Broker: before 5.19.7, from 6.0.0 before 6.2.6; Apache ActiveMQ All: before 5.19.7, from 6.0.0 before 6.2.6; Apache ActiveMQ: before 5.19.7, from 6.0.0 before 6.2.6. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 5.19.7 or 6.2.6, which fixes the issue.
Improper Input Validation, Improper Control of Generation of Code ('Code Injection') vulnerability in Apache ActiveMQ Broker, Apache ActiveMQ All, Apache ActiveMQ. Apache ActiveMQ Classic exposes the Jolokia JMX-HTTP bridge at /api/jolokia/ on the web console. FastGPT is an AI Agent building platform. Prior to 4.15.0-beta1, the JavaScript sandbox worker at projects/code-sandbox/src/pool/worker.ts:356 blocks dynamic import() with the regex /\bimport\s*\(/.test(code). JavaScript syntax accepts a block comment between import and (; the regex matches only ASCII whitespace, and the bytes /, *, *, / are not in the \s character class. The payload import/**/("child_process") parses as a syntactically valid dynamic import that the regex does not detect. Because import() is not wrapped by the safeRequire Proxy (which only proxies require), the attacker loads child_process and calls execSync - arbitrary command execution as uid=100(sandbox) inside the sandbox container. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.15.0-beta1.
Formie is a Craft CMS plugin for creating forms. Prior to 2.2.20 and 3.1.24, unauthenticated users could submit crafted values into Hidden fields (with Default value → Custom) that were evaluated as Twig during submission handling, which could lead to serious compromise of the Craft site (depending on template/sandbox behavior). This vulnerability is fixed in 2.2.20 and 3.1.24.
Mermaid is a JavaScript tool that uses Markdown-inspired text to create and modify diagrams and charts. Prior to 10.9.6 and 11.15.0, Mermaid's default configuration allows injecting CSS that applies outside of the Mermaid diagram via the fontFamily, themeCSS, and altFontFamily configuration options. The injected CSS exploits stylis's & (scope reference) handling. :not(&) escapes the #mermaid-xxx automatic scoping, applying styles to all page elements. Global at-rules (@font-face, @keyframes, @counter-style) are also injectable as stylis hoists them to top level. This allows page defacement and DOM attribute exfiltration via CSS :has() selectors. This vulnerability is fixed in 10.9.6 and 11.15.0.
Home Assistant is open source home automation software that puts local control and privacy first. Prior to 2026.4.1 for iOS and 2026.4.4 for Android, he Home Assistant Companion apps for Android and iOS expose a JavaScript bridge to the in-app WebView window.externalApp on Android and webkit.messageHandlers.getExternalAuth (alongside revokeExternalAuth and externalBus) on iOS. Two flaws expose the bridge to all frames (including cross-origin iframes) and unsanitized interpolation of the JavaScript callback identifier allows a cross-origin iframe rendered inside the Companion app to execute arbitrary JavaScript in the Home Assistant frontend's main-frame origin and exfiltrate the signed-in user's access token. This vulnerability is fixed in 2026.4.1 for iOS and 2026.4.4 for Android.
Roslyn CodeLens MCP Server is a Roslyn-based MCP server providing semantic code intelligence for .NET codebases. From 0.0.9 to 1.17.0, the get_diagnostics MCP tool loads and executes all DiagnosticAnalyzer assemblies referenced by the target solution without any allowlist, signature check, or user confirmation; includeAnalyzers defaults to true, so no explicit opt-in is required. An attacker who can place a malicious .csproj referencing an attacker-controlled DLL in a location the victim opens with the MCP server will achieve arbitrary code execution in the server process with the server's OS privileges. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.17.0.
SandboxJS is a JavaScript sandboxing library. Prior to 0.9.6, sandbox-defined functions expose Function.caller, allowing sandboxed code to recover the internal LispType.Call runtime callback. That callback can then be invoked with attacker-controlled fake context and obj values to extract blocked host statics, recover the real host Function constructor, and execute arbitrary host JavaScript. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.9.6.
CodeWhale is a DeepSeek + MiMo coding agent in terminal. From 0.3.0 to 0.8.23, the run_tests tool executes cargo test in the workspace with ApprovalRequirement::Auto, meaning it runs without any user approval prompt.cargo test compiles and executes arbitrary code: test binaries, build.rs build scripts, and proc macros. While auto-approving test execution is a deliberate design choice, it creates an inconsistency in the security boundary. However, in a malicious repository, test code can execute arbitrary shell commands, exfiltrate credentials, or establish persistence with zero approval. The attack is amplified by AGENTS.md (auto-loaded into the system prompt), which can instruct the model to run tests proactively at session start. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.8.23.
CodeWhale is a DeepSeek + MiMo coding agent in terminal. Prior to 0.8.26, the task_create tool spawns durable sub-agents that inherit two insecure defaults, allow_shell defaults to true (config.rs:1499: self.allow_shell.unwrap_or(true)) and auto_approve defaults to true (task_manager.rs:297: auto_approve: Some(true)). When a user approves a task_create call (which requires ApprovalRequirement::Required), they approve what appears to be a benign work prompt. However, the spawned sub-agent silently receives unrestricted, unapproved shell access. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.8.26.
GitButler is a modern Git-based version control interface for AI-powered workflows. Prior to 0.19.7, a emote code execution vulnerability exists in the Tauri-based GitButler desktop application. An attacker can inject a malicious link in a pull request body, which if clicked by the user allows for arbitrary script execution in the Tauri webview. Users that have not enabled forge integration are not at risk. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.19.7.
mapfish-print is a component of MapFish for printing templated cartographic maps. From 3.23.0 to before 3.28.28, 3.30.30, 3.31.22, 3.33.14, and 4.0.3, the attacker can execute arbitrary code in Dynamic table without being authenticated. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.28.28, 3.30.30, 3.31.22, 3.33.14, and 4.0.3.
Insufficient character filtering in backup agent signing module on Comet Backup server allows authenticated tenant administrator to execute an arbitrary code on behalf of a privileged user on the affected server and connected devices.
