Additional handlers expose 'get all' (walks the working directory, zips it, and uploads all files in 50MB chunks via reply_document), 'take <file>' / 'tk a' (streams any requested file or all files under the cwd back to the Telegram chat), '.printenv' (iterates os.environ and sends every environment variable value to the chat), and '.grep' (greps environment values and files for arbitrary substrings and returns matches). Together these provide a full remote-shell backdoor plus a data-exfiltration channel to a destination the host owner did not configure at runtime. pyproject.toml also ships placeholder maintainer metadata (author 'Aapka Naam' / you@example.com, Homepage containing the literal 'YOUR_GITHUB_USERNAME'), consistent with low-attribution publication. ## Source: kam193 (454fa32963f58275e35167d59dd581240725e099682e76e44b6fca7b22332cb0) The package provides Telegram-based remote access to the machine it runs on. Documented remote commands include arbitrary shell execution (`chalao`, `.sh <command>`, `.py <file>`, `.exec <file>`), destructive filesystem operations (`rm -rf <path>`), single- and bulk-file exfiltration (`take <file>`, `take all`), a full-host backup mode that produces split 50MB archives with `.partNNN` chunking (`get all`), and environment-variable dumping (`.printenv`) — collectively enabling remote theft of filesystem contents and process-environment secrets (cloud, CI, and API credentials). The package is shipped only as compiled Cython `.so` files with no Python source, and self-describes obfuscation features that XOR+base64-encode command strings and disguise execution as `http_request("POST",...)` so plaintext commands do not appear in `ps` or system logs; the Telegram bot token is stored encoded and decoded at runtime by `dec()`. The distribution name `httpz-requests` and import name `httpz_requests` resemble the top-100 PyPI package `requests` while presenting a Telegram remote-shell API instead of an HTTP client, and metadata is unfilled boilerplate (author `Aapka Naam <you@example.com>`, homepage `https://github.com/YOUR_GITHUB_USERNAME/httpz-requests`). ## Source: kam193 (38eff923106836997e28de6d7173a1553da126be230b341fe64f0c4c215769a2) The package provides Telegram-based remote access to the machine it runs on. | Medium | 5.1 | EPSS 0.3% | CVE-2026-63336rabbitmq-java-client · Improper Certificate Validation Medium5.1EPSS 0.3%CVE Database V5CVE-2026-63336 The RabbitMQ Java client library allows Java and JVM-based applications to connect to and interact with RabbitMQ nodes. Prior to 5.33.0, com.rabbitmq.client.ConnectionFactory.useSslProtocol() and ConnectionFactory.useSslProtocol(String) configure com.rabbitmq.client.TrustEverythingTrustManager and leave hostname verification disabled, causing arbitrary server certificates, including self-signed certificates, to be accepted. A network attacker able to intercept a TLS connection can impersonate the RabbitMQ broker, read protected AMQP traffic, and modify traffic without certificate or hostname validation. The fix changes the production TLS helpers to use the JVM default trust store and enables hostname verification, while retaining an explicitly named development-only no-verification helper. This issue is fixed in version 5.33.0. | CVE Database V5 | ||
| High | 7.5 | EPSS 0.6% | CVE-2026-63337rabbitmq-java-client · Unsafe Reflection High7.5EPSS 0.6%CVE Database V5CVE-2026-63337 The RabbitMQ Java client library allows Java and JVM-based applications to connect to and interact with RabbitMQ nodes. Prior to 5.33.0, com.rabbitmq.tools.jsonrpc.ProcedureDescription receives a javaReturnType value in an untrusted system.describe response and passes it through JSONUtil.tryFill, setJavaReturnType, and computeReturnTypeAsJavaClass to Class.forName(javaReturnType) with initialization enabled. An attacker able to answer the JsonRpcClient request through a shared broker or network interception can select a class already present in the victim JVM and trigger its static initializer, while JsonRpcClient.java later passes getReturnType output to mapper.parse and may also create type confusion. Successful exploitation can affect confidentiality, integrity, and availability in the client process. This issue is fixed in version 5.33.0. | CVE Database V5 | ||

| Medium | 6.9 | EPSS 0.5% | Medium6.9EPSS 0.5%GCVE DatabaseCVE-2026-45099 ### Summary Terragrunt is vulnerable to an arbitrary file deletion flaw when downloading external modules. If a remote module contains a maliciously crafted `.terragrunt-module-manifest` file, Terragrunt can be tricked into deleting files anywhere on the local filesystem that the Terragrunt process has access to. ### Impact This vulnerability impacts users who download and run untrusted or compromised OpenTofu/Terraform modules. The file deletion occurs during the module download and initialization phase, meaning it happens before OpenTofu or Terraform executes. In a CI/CD environment or automated runner, an attacker-controlled module could delete arbitrary files, causing denial of service in the deployment pipeline. In a local environment, it could lead to the loss of local source code or configuration files. This vulnerability is a deletion-only primitive; it does not directly allow for arbitrary code execution (RCE) or data exfiltration. ### Affected Versions - Terragrunt < `v1.0.4` ### Patches This vulnerability has been resolved in Terragrunt version `v1.0.4`. All users are strongly advised to upgrade. ### Workarounds If users cannot upgrade immediately, they can mitigate this risk by: 1. Strictly auditing the source URLs of all remote modules used in their Terragrunt configurations. 2. Only consuming modules from trusted, internally vetted sources or verified registries. 3. Pinning module versions to specific, known-safe Git commit SHAs rather than mutable tags or branches. ### Technical Details Terragrunt tracks files copied into a downloaded module's working directory using a `.terragrunt-module-manifest` file. During the directory cleanup process, Terragrunt decodes the entries in this manifest and removes the listed files to prepare a fresh directory for OpenTofu/Terraform runs. Previously, Terragrunt trusted the manifest provided by the downloaded module without verifying that the paths scheduled for deletion remained within the boundaries of the module's destination directory. An attacker could forge a manifest containing directory traversal paths, causing the cleanup function to target files outside the cache. The patch introduces a secure boundary check to ensure all cleaned paths remain safely isolated inside the intended manifest folder. ## Credit Terragrunt would like to thank Francesco Sabiu ([@fsabiu](https://github.com/fsabiu)) for discovering and responsibly disclosing this vulnerability. | GCVE Database | ||
| Critical | 9.1 | EPSS 0.8% | CVE-2026-55158wktk/conflibot · conflibot vulnerable to command injection via crafted pull request branch names under pull_request_target Critical9.1EPSS 0.8%GCVE DatabaseCVE-2026-55158 ### Impact Versions of conflibot before `1.2.1` build `git` commands by string interpolation and run them through a shell. Several of the interpolated values are pull request branch names (`head.ref`), which are attacker-controlled: anyone can open a pull request (including from a fork) whose head branch name contains shell metacharacters such as `` ` ``, `$( )`, `;`, `|`, or `&`. The recommended workflow runs conflibot on the `pull_request_target` event, where the job has access to the base repository's secrets and a write-scoped `GITHUB_TOKEN`. As a result, a crafted branch name causes arbitrary command execution on the runner with that write token in the environment, allowing an attacker to exfiltrate secrets and the token, push to the repository, or otherwise abuse the token's permissions. No special privileges and no maintainer interaction are required — the action runs automatically when the pull request is opened. ### Affected configurations Any workflow using `wktk/conflibot` at a version earlier than `1.2.1`. The risk is highest under `pull_request_target` (the documented configuration), because that is where the write token and secrets are exposed to attacker-influenced refs. ### Patches Fixed in `1.2.1` and `2.0.0`. All `git` invocations now use argument arrays via `execFile`/`spawn` instead of a shell, so branch names can no longer be interpreted as shell syntax, and pull requests are referenced by number through `refs/pull/<n>/head` rather than by branch name. ### Workarounds There is no configuration-only workaround for affected versions. Upgrade to `wktk/conflibot@v2`. On GitHub-hosted runners this is a drop-in upgrade; self-hosted runners additionally need Node.js 24 support and git 2.38 or later. ### Resources - Fix (v2.0.0): https://github.com/wktk/conflibot/commit/0107ac6 - Fix (v1.2.1): https://github.com/wktk/conflibot/commit/59e255c - Releases: https://github.com/wktk/conflibot/releases/tag/v2.0.0 and https://github.com/wktk/conflibot/releases/tag/v1.2.1 | GCVE Database | ||

| Medium | – | EPSS 0.2% | MediumEPSS 0.2%GCVE DatabaseCVE-2026-74499 In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ALSA: usb-audio: fix OOB write in snd_usbmidi_akai_output() snd_usbmidi_akai_output() computes its fill-loop bound buf_end = ep->max_transfer - MAX_AKAI_SYSEX_LEN - 1; as a signed int, so a small device-advertised bulk-OUT max_transfer makes buf_end negative. The loop guard then compares the u32 urb->transfer_buffer_length against that negative int: the usual arithmetic conversion turns buf_end into a large unsigned value, so the guard stays true and each iteration keeps appending SysEx framing and payload bytes past the end of the URB transfer buffer, which is only max_transfer bytes long. A USB device that advertises a tiny bulk-OUT endpoint can therefore trigger an attacker-length- and content-controlled heap out-of-bounds write when a process writes to the created /dev/snd/midiC*D* node. Return early when there is no room for even one SysEx, so the loop is never entered with a bound that would wrap. The loop is the last statement of the function, so bailing out is equivalent to it not running. Discovered by XBOW, triaged by Baul Lee <baul.lee@xbow.com> EPSS 0.2%Vulnerability | GCVE Database |
